The wonderful Sonnenalp Resort is one of the most successful family-run luxury hotels in Europe, and in 2019 is celebrating its 100th anniversary. Alone the view of the outside is worth the trip. Here you will find a fantastic terrace, various sun decks, the hotel's own 45-hole golf world, tennis courts, saunas, pools, a huge garden and a romantic, specially created mountain lake with a water lily pond. The main building was originally a simple Allgäu farmhouse. Now, this is where luxury and modernity mix with tradition. Numerous restaurants, including the high-ranking restaurant “Silberdistel”, offer extensive culinary diversity.

The Sonnenalp makes it so easy to relax and enjoy some pampering. Outside you'll find the spacious wellness park where the hotel's own fitness team regularly invites you to participate in mind-body exercises or yoga sessions. The indoor spa features not only four saunas, but also soothing body and cosmetic treatments, fitness courses and even medical wellness services.
Water is the central element of the Sonnenalp Resort. It has an activating and powerful effect in the hot springs garden, sport and diving pool or the children’s water world, and a calming effect in the natural pool.

The Resort’s salon offers guests hair treatments with La Biosthétique products. Here you can have your hair cut and coloured. Including the perfect care. After a hair colour, Lotion Ergines B soothes feelings of tension on a dry scalp, Dry Hair Mask protects and conditions the hair and gives it elasticity, bounce and softness. Fixateur Mousse is used for the subsequent styling. It offers elastic volume and hold for both straight and curly hair.

In search of pure relaxation, when you're staying at the Sonnenalp Resort you should make a point of getting out to enjoy the surrounding countryside.
